Thread Milling, 2½ Axis
Thread Milling can be used to cut threads using a thread mill. The pitch is defined in the thread mill tool definition. Different options in the thread milling include internal or external threads, right or left threads. The thread can be cut in a single pass or multiple passes with a step over distance.
