The License Dialog says my License Code is Invalid!

If you are getting an error message when attempting to activate your MecSoft Product License, such as "Your License Code is Invalid" contact MecSoft support and provide your activation code and ask us to check it's validation.  If we determine that the license is in fact valid and is ready to activate, please following the steps below to generate a license activation diagnostic file and send it to us:

Please provide us with the camxxxxLic.log file generated after following the steps outlined below:

1.Close all MecSoft products.

2.Setup an system environment variable on the computer you have MecSoft product installed on.

3.Go to Start > Control Panel > System

4.From the System Properties dialog box that pops up select the Advanced tab.

5.Click on the Environment Variables button at the bottom.

6.In the Environment Variables dialog box that pops up, click on the New button under System variables

7.In the New System Variable dialog box that pops up, define
 
Variable Name = MECSOFT_INETDEBUG
Variable Value = 1
 

8.Run application. Select Activate Paid Product from the Get started dialog, enter your activation code and click Register.

9.Open Windows explorer and at the address bar type %temp%. This should point you to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp

10.Locate the log file camxxxxLic.log and email it to us.

11.Also include in the email the version # of the CAM application you are running. This can be found in the About dialog. Select The CAM menu and click on About.
